When you are ordering a secure symbol, usually a padlock, will appear in your browser window.  This shows that you have a secure connection and all information is encrypted to prevent fraud.
 
Our merchant card services are provided by Bank of Scotland Merchant Services. Our Payment Service Provider (PSP)* is Pay Point who works in conjunction with Bank of Scotland to provide secure payment links for all transactions. Secpay holds a Thawte certificate which is an internet standard for online security. Please click on the icon below to find out more.  They are are vetted yearly by the credit card schemes and meet PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standards.  They are the only independent payments service provide to achieve the independently audited ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance Management standards.
